陕单22玉米新品种选育及其特征特性

摘　　要：西北农林科技大学农学院玉米育种研究室利用空间诱变和自然变异选育出优良玉米自交系m3021和m340X,并于2005年冬在海南以m3021为母本,m340X为父本进行杂交组配选育成玉米新品种陕单22。经2006-2009年观察、鉴定、品种比较、陕西省区域试验和生产示范,陕单22表现出大穗、籽粒品质优,商品性好,高产、适应性广、保绿度好等特点。陕单22在陕西省春玉米区试中平均产量9 943 kg/hm2,比对照增产8.33%;生产试验中,平均产量9 553 kg/hm2,比对照增产9.7%。陕单22抗倒、抗逆性强,高抗丝黑穗病、穗粒腐病,大、小斑病和抗茎腐病,是一个适宜陕西省春播区种植的优良新品种。Two elite inbreds m3021 and m340X in Zea may L.were developed by Institute of Corn Breeding,College of Agronomy,Northwest AF University,through utility both of space mutation and spontaneous variation technologies.Then a new hybrid combination named Shaandan 22 was produced by crossing the female parent m3021 with the male parent m340.In successive observation,identification,variety comparison,regional variety trials and demonstration trials in Shaanxi province during 2006-2009,Shaandan 22 is characterized by big ear,good seed quality and commercial value,high seed yield,wide adaptability,and stay green stalk.The average yield of Shaandan 22 in the spring maize trials of Shaanxi Province was 9 943 kg/hm2,increasing by 8.33% compared with the control;in production tests,the average yield 9 553 kg/hm2 was increased by 9.7%.It showed good tolerance to biotic and abiotic stress,with lodging resistance,high resistance to head smut,ear rot,southern and northern leaf blight,and stalk rot.Thus,Shaandan 22 should be a high-quality variety suitable for spring-sowing region of Shaanxi province.
