蒙脱石散灌肠治疗小儿腹泻临床观察与护理

摘　　要：目的观察蒙脱石散灌肠治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果,探讨护理措施。方法 62例腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用蒙脱石散灌肠治疗,并给予相应的护理措施。观察2组退热、脱水纠正、大便成形时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.5%高于对照组的77.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组退热、脱水纠正、大便成形时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散灌肠治疗小儿腹泻疗效确切,结合合理的护理措施,可促进患儿康复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder enema in the treatment of infantile diarrhea,and to discuss nursing method.Methods 62 cases with diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases of each.Both groups were given conventional treatment.Basing on this,the treatment group was added montmorillonite powder enema as well as nursing measures.Observed the two groups＇ defervescence time,dehydration correction time,stool forming time and clinical effects.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.5% higher than 77.4% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The defervescence time,dehydration correction time and stool forming time of treatment group were shorter than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Montmorillonite powder enema on infantile diarrhea has significant efficacy,and combining with reasonable nursing measures can promote the course of recover.
