提高真空灭菌器B-D测试的效果监测研究

摘　　要：目的提高消毒人员对B-D测试假阳性结果判断的准确率,提高真空灭菌器的正常使用率。方法将B-D测试条、1292嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢、132℃包内化学指示卡同时放入自制B-D包中央作为对照组,另将相同B-D测试条放入螺旋管内作为试验组,共试验92锅次。观察2组灭菌监测结果。结果试验组阴性率为100.00%高于对照组的81.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在规范操作下用螺旋管放置B-D测试条可以明显提高该化学指示条的变色合格率,提高了消毒人员对B-D测试的假阳性结果判断的准确率,从而保证了灭菌的安全性。Objective To increase the judgment＇s accuracy rate to false positive results of B-D test by disinfecting personnel,and improve the normal usage of vacuum sterilizer.Methods Put B-D testing strips,1292 thermophilic fat bacilli germ and in-bags＇ chemical instructions of 132℃ in the central of self-made B-D bags as the control group;Put the same B-D testing strips into canals of corti as the test group.Tested 92 pot times in all.Observed the monitering effects of sterilization.Results The negative rate of the test group was 100.00% higher than 81.52% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Put the B-D testing strips into canals of Corti under the standard operation can significantly improve the qualified colour changed rate of chemical instructions,which avoid disinfecting personnel getting false positive results of B-D test,so as to ensure the safety of sterilization.
