摘 要:目的探讨丹皮提取物对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢、血液流变学的影响。方法灌服脂肪乳剂建立大鼠高脂血症模型,丹皮提取物按12、6、3 g/kg剂量给大鼠连续灌胃4周后,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血液流变学指标。结果丹皮提取物能明显降低TC、TG和LDL-C的浓度(P<0.05),改善血液流变学相关指标。与氟伐他汀组相比,丹皮提取物在降脂方面稍差(P<0.05),但可显著改善高脂血症大鼠的血液流变学相关指标。结论丹皮提取物对高脂血症大鼠具有一定的降脂及改善血液流变学的作用。Objective To study the effects of Moutan Cortex extract on lipid metabolism and hemorrheologic indices of rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods Hyperlipemia model was established by feeding rats with fat emulsion.Rats were randomized into six groups:the normal control group,hyperlipemia group,group intragastrically administered with cortex moutan extract at high dose,group intragastrically administered with Moutan Cortex extract at moderate dose,group intragastrically administered cortex moutan extract at low dose,and the group treated with fluvastatin.Except the normal control group,all the rats in other groups were fed with lipid emulsion for 4 weeks.After the experimental hyperlipidemic rats were established,the rats in the three groups treated with Chinese medicine were injected with cortex moutan extract at the doses of 12,6,3 g/kg respectively,the rats in the normal control group and hyperlipemia group were treated with normal sodium,and that rats in the group treated with fluvastatin were treated with fluvastatin.After 4 weeks,the serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C levels and the hemorrheologic indices were measured.Results Serum TC,TG,HDL-C levels in the rats in the groups intragastrically administered with Moutan Cortex extract were significantly decreased and hemorrheologic indices in the same groups were significantly improved with P0.05;Compared with the rats in the group treated with fluvastatin,hemorrheologic indices of rats with hyperlipidemia intragastric administration with cortex moutan extract were significantly improved although the hypolipidemic effect of cortex moutan was lower slightly.Conclusion Intragastric administration with cortex Moutan Cortex could regulate lipid metabolism,and improve hemorrheologic indices in rats with hyperlipemia.
