摘 要:目的探讨中药六味地黄丸对运动性蛋白尿的干预作用。方法高职体育男生24人参与实验,其中实验组12人服用六味地黄丸1周,剂量6 g/次,2次/d;对照组12人服用安慰剂。24人先进行5 000 m匀速跑,休息7 d后,再进行100 m全力冲刺跑往返5次,每次间隔休息4 min;分别测其运动前后尿总蛋白(UTP)、血乳酸、血尿素和脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平的变化。结果中等强度5 000 m跑,对照组UTP、LPO、血乳酸、血尿素水平运动前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);实验组与对照组比较,只有血尿素差异显著(P<0.05);大强度运动100 m往返跑,UTP、LPO、血乳酸水平,两组运动前后比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01);实验组与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸具有抗氧化作用,能抑制不同运动强度下蛋白尿的排泄量。Objective To investigate the interventional effects of Liuwei Dihuang Wan on exercise-induced proteinuria. Methods 24 male college students of physical education major, who agreed to participate in the study,were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 12 students in each group. The experiment group was supplied with Liuwei Dihuang Wan for 7 days at the dose of 6 g, b. i. d, while the control group was supplied with placebo. All 24 subjects performed 5 000 m steady run, after rest for 7 days, performed 100 m sprint shuttle run for five times, with interval time lasting for 4 min between sprint shuttle runs. Total urine protein ( UTP), blood lactic acid ( BLA ), blood urea ( BU ), and lipid peroxide ( LPO ) levels were measured before and after the exercise, and the changes in the levels of UTP, BLA, BU, and LPO were recorded. Results Statistically significant differences were observed before and after exercise of moderate-intensity 5 000 m run in variations of UTP, LPO, BLA, BU levels in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while only variation in BU level was statistically significant in the experimental group before and after exercise of moderate-intensity 5 000 m run (P 〈 0.05 ). In the strenuous exercise of 100 m sprint shuttle run, statistically signifieances in variations of UTP, LPO, and BLA levels before and after exercise in the experimental group and control group were observed (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ) ; and the difference between the experimental group and control group was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion It was showed in the study that Liuwei Dihuang Wan had antioxidant effects, and could inhibit excretion of exercise-induced proteinuria under different exercise intensities.
