水解酸化-A/A/O生物膜组合工艺处理含高比例工业废水的研究

摘　　要：在A/A/O工艺前加水解酸化池,并在水解酸化池及A/A/O工艺中的好氧段添加填料,将出水部分回流至水解酸化池,组成新型水解酸化-A/A/O生物膜组合工艺。研究该工艺对天津市某污水处理厂含高比例工业废水的处理情况,提出适合于该厂的升级改造工艺。试验结果表明,组合工艺出水基本达到GB18918-2002一级B标准,该工艺能够满足该厂升级改造需要。A new combined process of hydrolysis and acidification and A/A/O biofilm includes a hydrolysis and acidification tank with biofilm and a A/A/O tank which O phase is padded with biofilm. The hydrolysis and acidification tank locates before the A/A/O tank and partial effluent recycles to hydrolysis and acidification tank. The treatment process of higher proportion industry wastewater in a wastewater treatment plant in Tianjin City by the combination technology was investigated. The results indicated that the effluents of the combination technology bascially arrived at the first-B standard of GB18918-2002,and the technology may meet the requirment of upgarding and alteration of the plant.
