高淳县农民集中居住存在的问题与对策案例分析

摘　　要：随着工业化、城市化的快速发展,农民集中居住作为改善农民生活条件、集约高效利用土地的重要手段,正在全国各地广泛兴起。但是由于我国目前地方财力有限,在推进农民集中居住的过程中出现了一些有损农民利益的问题。通过对南京市高淳县一个农民集中居住区的实地调研,进行了相关的个案分析,针对存在的问题提出了对策。In the rapid development process of industrialization and urbanization,as an important means of improving the living conditions of farmers,intensive and efficient use of land,farmers＇ centralized living is becoming more and more popular throughout the country. But because the financial resources of the local government are limited in our country at present,there are some problems which harm the interests of farmers in the process of farmers＇ centralized living.Based on an investigation in Gaochun County of Nanjing,the relevant case analysis aimed at the existing problems were made,and some countermeasures were put forward.
