摘　　要：分析医院2006年1月—2008年12月聘用的62名临床住院总医师在实施医师编码制后的管理效果,重点探讨医师编码制在住院总医师管理中的作用,以进一步探索大型综合医院住院总医师管理的新路径。From Jan.2006 to Dec.2008,the management mode and effect of 62 clinical general residents are andyzed and discussed under the system of giving number to the doctors,to further explore the new way of the management of general residents in hospital.
