摘　　要：目的:比较RT-PCR法与RD细胞病毒分离法两种检测方法对监测EV71病毒结果的影响。方法:将151份标本分别经RT-PCR法与RD细胞病毒分离法检测出的阳性标本按不同分类及标本总阳性率进行数据统计,比较两种检验方法间的差异。结果:RT-PCR法与RD细胞病毒分离法检测出的阳性标本按不同分类统计比较后,两者无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种方法检测出的标本总阳性率RD细胞病毒分离法为38.41%,而RT-PCR法为26.49%,差异有统计学意义(2χ=4.89,P(0.05)。结论:RT-PCR法检测结果可以作为手足口EV71病毒监测结果进行分类数据统计分析,而标本监测年度总阳性率应以RD细胞病毒分离检测结果统计。Objective：To compare the effects of the method of RT-PCR and RD cell-virus separation on detection of EV71 virus.Methods：Positive samples were sorted out with the method of RT-PCR and RD cell-virus separation from 151 samples,respectively.The statistic analysis was established in different classifications and total positive rates were also compared.The difference between the two methods were compared.Results：Comparing the statistics of the two different methods in different classifications,RD cell-virus separation and RT-PCR were both effective in detecting the positive samples.There is no statistical significance（P0.05）.The positive rates of RD cell-virus separation and RT-PCR are 38.41% and 26.49%,respectively.There is statistical significance（χ2=4.89,P﹤0.05）.Conclusion：The method of RT-PCR could be used in detecting EV71 virus and making statistical analysis in different classifications.However,as for the total positive rate of the year,the method of RD cell-virus separation should be used to make statistical analysis.
