摘 要:目的:建立腊肉制品中富马酸二甲酯(DMF)的气相色谱测定方法。方法:样品经乙腈提取后,正己烷净化,HP-5毛细色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果:富马酸二甲酯(DMF)浓度在10μg~400μg内呈良好线性关系,相关系数1.000,相对标准偏差0.56%~1.34%(n=6),最低检出限1.0μg/m l,回收率为89.5%~97.4%。结论:该法操作简便、快速、简单、准确、灵敏度高,适用于腊肉制品中富马酸二甲酯(DMF)的测定。Objective:To establish a method for dimethyl fumarate in the cured meat by gas chromatography.Methods:Dimethy furmarate was extracted from sample with acetonitrile and cleaned up with n-hexane.HP-5 capillary column was used for separation,and detected by FID.Results:The linear range of the method was 10 μg to 400 μg with the correlation coefficient of 1.000,and the detection limit was 1.0 μg/ml,with the relative standard deviation of 0.56%~1.34%(n=6),and the recoveries of 89.5% to 97.4%.Conclusion:This method is sensitive,accurate and precise and it is suitable for determination of dimethyl fumarate in the cured meat.
