水中6种有机物的快速分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨同时检测环境水样中的三氯甲烷,四氯化碳,苯,甲苯,乙基苯,苯乙烯6种有机物的顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用分析方法。方法:采用自动顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用的方式,对环境水样中的6种微量挥发性有机物进行分析,分析柱为DB-624的毛细管色谱柱,外标法定量。结果:方法的线性范围为0.5μg/L～100μg/L,最低检测限可达0.01μg/L～0.08μg/L,加标回收率为95%～110%。结论:本方法灵敏度高、快速、准确,操作简便,并成功用于潍坊市某区水样的实际检测。Objective：In this study,six kinds of organic compounds including chloroform,carbon tetrachloride,benzene,toluene,ethyl benzene and styrene existed in environmental water samples were detected and analyzed by automatic headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrum.Results：The linear range of this method was 0.5 μg/L～100 μg/L and the limit of detection was 0.01 μg/L～0.08 μg/L.This method was successfully applied to detect the real surface water samples of certain place in Weifang,and the recovery was 95%～110%.Conclusion：The method is of high sensitivity,good accuracy,rapid separation and convenient operation.
