摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定保健食品中左旋肉碱含量的简便方法。方法:样品用水超声提取,色谱柱:CAPCELL PAK CR(4.6×150 mm,5μm);流动相:20 mmol乙酸铵+乙腈(加0.1%甲酸)(25+75,v/v);流量:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:210 nm。结果:左旋肉碱在1.2μg~105μg范围内呈良好线性,相关系数为0.999987,检出限为0.08μg,回收率97.7%~101%,RSD1.10%。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、结果准确、可靠,可作为保健食品中左旋肉碱的质量控制监测。Objective:To establish an method for determination of L-camitine conten in health food hy HPLC.Methods: The samples were extracted by ultrasonic water.The separarion was performed on a CAPCELLPAKCR column(4.6×150 mm,5 μm);the mobile phase consisted of 20 mmol Ammonium acetate+Acetonitrile(0.1% Formic acid)(25+75,v/v);the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results: The L-camitine was shown to be linear over the range from 1.2 μg~105 μg(r=0.999987).The limit of detection was 0.08 μg.The recovery was 97.7% ~101%,RSD 1.10%.Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of L-camitine in health food.
