摘  要:目的:建立凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)-高效液相色谱(HPLC)同时检测食品中抗氧化剂叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)的方法。方法:样品经环己烷-乙酸乙酯(体积比为1:1)提取,凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化,采用Luna C18(2)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d,5μm)分离,以甲醇:水(体积比为90:10)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml/min,用二极管阵列检测器,检测波长280 nm定量检测。结果:叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)在2.00 mg/L~80.00 mg/L时线性关系良好,相关系数0.9998以上,加标回收率为90.5%~101.6%,3种抗氧化剂的检出限分别为0.10 mg/kg、0.20 mg/kg、0.10 mg/kg。结论:该方法操作快速、简便,精密度、准确度好,适用于食品中抗氧化剂BHA、BHT、TBHQ的检测。Objective:To develope a method for the determination of BHA,BHT and TBHQ in foods by using high performalice liquid chromatography with GPC.Methods:The BHA,BHT and TBHQ were extracted from samples with cyclohexane-ethyl acetate(1:1,V/V).The extract was cleaned up with gel permeation chromatography.The analysis was performed on a Luna C18(2) column(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d,5 μm)with methanol-water(90:10,V/V) as mobile phase at a rat of 1.0 ml/min,detection at 280 nm by PDA.Results:The calibration linear ranges was 2.0 mg/L~80.0 mg/L,The correlation coefficients was more than 0.9998.Recovers of all dyes added were 90.5%~101.6%.Detection limit of the method for BHA,BHT and TBHQ ws 0.1 mg/kg~0.2mg/kg.Conclusion:The method is fast,simple,good precision and accurocy which can be used for simultaneous analysis of BHA,BHT and TBHQ in foods.
