低场MRCP在胆道系统疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价低场强磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)技术在胆道疾病诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析80例经手术或临床证实胆道疾病患者的MRCP图像,男44例,女36例,年龄6月-81岁,平均年龄52.3岁。其中胆系结石患者40例;胆道或胆道周围肿瘤患者20例;胆管炎8例;胆总管囊肿6例;胆囊切除术后胆道代偿性扩张6例。结果:低场MRCP能够较好的评价常见胆道系统疾病,尤其对胰胆管梗阻性病变的定性诊断率更高。结论:MRCP作为一种安全,无创性的检查方法,在低场MR机器有较高的应用价值,能应用于各种胰胆管疾病的诊断。Purpose：To evaluate the application of low field Magnetic Resonance cholangiopancreatography in Disease of biliary tract.Materials and Methods：To analyze the MRCP images of 80 patients with biliary disease retrospectively,and combine the images of MRCP with routine images of MRI to analyze comprehensively.Results：The low field MRCP can display the obstructed pancreaticobiliary anatomic structure clearly.Conclusion：The low field MRCP is safe,reliable and non-invasive method,which can be applied in the diagnosis of different biliary diseases,and can be the first choice in the diagnosis of biliary obstruction.
