神经性关节病临床与X线表现分析(附5例报告)

摘　　要：目的:提高对神经性关节病的临床及X线表现认识。材料与方法:对5例患者详细询问病史并做相应的体格检查,对患病部位行X线检查。结果:本组5例均证实有脑或脊髓及周围神经疾患引起的知觉障碍,5例神经性关节病例累及踝关节、足,膝关节,腕关节各1例,髋关节2例。各受累关节构成骨骨质不同程度骨质吸收、硬化增生,变形及关节脱位或半脱位。结论:对神经性关节病应明确病史,完善相关体格检查,结合X线骨关节表现可作出诊断。Purpose：To improve the joint disease of the nervous clinical and X-ray findings of know.Materials and Methods：5 patients were asked in detail about history and do the appropriate physical examination of the diseased parts of line X-ray examination.Results：The five cases were found to have brain or spinal cord and peripheral nerve disorders caused by disorders of perception,five cases of neurological cases involving the ankle joint,foot,knee,wrist joints and 1 cases,hip joint in 2 cases.The involved joints pose varying degrees of bone and bone resorption,hardening hyperplasia,deformation and joint dislocation or subluxation.Conclusion：a clear history of neuropathic joint disease,improve the relevant physical examination,combined with the performance of X-ray bone joints diagnosis can be made.
