摘　　要：目的:探讨游离皮瓣在特殊的皮肤缺损中的护理。材料与方法:收集我科10例颜面部皮肤缺损修复的结果,并结合病人愈合后的情况,对修复皮瓣进行综合分析。结果:10例患者中,7例成活,占90%,1例皮瓣边缘呈青紫色,未完全成活,占10%,远端部分坏死,二期进行清创,术后两周愈合出院。结论:探讨对游离皮瓣术后进行观察和护理具有极为重要的意义。Purpose：To investigate the postoperative care for patients of special skin defects covered with free flap.Materials and Methods：The measures of postoperative care and discharge guidance for 10 patients of facial skin defects special skin defects covered with free flap were summarized.Results：Complete survival rate of the free flap was 90%.These patients recovered well without complications after the surgery.Incomplete survival rate of the free flap was 10%.This patient with distal partial necrosis of the free flap was performed surgical debridement and discharged after wound healing.Conclusion：The postoperative observation and care of free flap is very significant in clinical treatment for patients of special skin defects.
