摘　　要：目的编制适用于射频消融治疗心房颤动(AF)患者的健康知识、信念、行为问卷。方法 结合临床经验在文献阅读及专家咨询的基础上编制射频消融治疗AF患者知识、信念、行为问卷,并用SPSS分析软件进行信度、效度检验。结果知识、信念、行为3个问卷的内部一致性信度分别为0.885、0.825和0.862;内容效度系数分别为0.946、0.921和0.949。因子分析表明问卷具有较好的结构效度,每个项目的共性方差均超过0.4。结论本问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可作为AF患者知识、信念、行为研究的有效测评工具。Objective To develop the health-related knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire（KAPQ） for the patients with atrial fibrillation（AF） treated by radiofrequency ablation.MethodsThe KAPQ was established on the basis of clinical experience,literature review and consultation,which was analyzed by SPSS for its reliability and validity.Results The internal consistency reliabilities of the KAPQ were 0.863,0.808 and 0.857,respectively,with the content coefficients of 0.946,0.921 and 0.949.Factor analysis showed that the questionnaire had a good construct validity with a common explaining variance more than 40%.Conclusion The KAPQ has a better reliability and validity,and can be taken as an effective tool for evaluating the health-related knowledge-attitude-practice in AF patients.
