摘　　要：目的探讨适合测量我国食管癌患者生存质量量表。方法 通过指标筛选,选择20个指标形成生存质量量表。应用该量表测量食管癌患者168例,并对该量表进行效度、信度和反应性的评价。结果量表20个指标,包括症状和消化功能、身体机能、社会活动及精神心理等4个方面。准则关联效度:r=0.6925(P<0.01);重测信度:r=0.8929(P<0.01);克朗巴赫系数=0.943;方差比=0.0582;分半信度:R=0.9324;反应度:t=5.94(P<0.01),效应大小统计量为1.538。结论该量表具有满意的效度、信度和反应度。可试用于临床试验评价。Objective To establish a scale of life quality （QOL） for Chinese patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 20 items was enrolled in the scale of QOL after preliminary screening 168 patients with esophageal cancer were investigated for evaluating the validity,reliability and responsiveness of the scale.Results The scale included four aspects of QOL,symptoms and digestive function,physical fitness,social activity,mental and psychologic status.Statistical analysis showed r=0.6925 （P0.01） for the criterion-related validity test,r=0.8929 （P0.01） for test-retest reliability test,0.9438 for coefficient-α of L.J.Cronbach.The variance ratio（VR） was 0.0541 for overall scores.The correlation coefficient of split-haft was 0.9324 and the responsiveness t=5.94（P0.01）.The effect size statistic was 1.538.Conclusion The scale has satisfactory performance of validity,reliability and responsiveness can be taken for evaluating QOL for Chinese patients with esophageal cancer.
