内镜下尼龙环套扎联合高频电切治疗消化道隆起性病变的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下尼龙环套扎联合高频电切治疗胃肠道隆起性病变护理干预。方法 总结25例胃肠道隆起性病变患者的临床资料,归纳行内镜下尼龙环套扎联合高频电切治疗的护理措施。结果 25例胃肠道隆起性病变全部一次性套扎并成功切除,术中发生渗血1例,高频电凝切除后尼龙绳脱落1例,无大出血及穿孔病例。术后2～4周复查,创面完全愈合23例,创面处浅溃疡2例。结论有效的护理干预是内镜下尼龙环套扎联合高频电切治疗胃肠道隆起性病变成功的因素之一。Objective To discuss the nursing intervention of endoscopic nylon endoloop combined with electrobliation for the treatment of protuberant lesions in gastrointestinal tract.MethodsTwenty-five patients with protuberant lesions received endoscopic nylon endoloop combined with electrobliation.The clinical nursing measure was summarized.Results The endoscopic nylon endoloop combined with electrobliation was carried out successfully in all cases.No complications such as bleeding or perforation were found.One case was found to have errhysis on the transaction site and the nylon endoloop was removed in another one.The wound surface was healed completely in 23 patients and ulcer was found in 2 cases on the re-examinations 2 to 4 weeks later.Conclusion The effective nursing intervention is one of the factors to ensure successfully treating the protuberant lesions in gastrointestinal tract with endoscopic nylon endoloop combined with electrobliation.
