摘  要:将LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件与Modbus通信协议应用于煤矿通风机监测,通过LabVIEW虚拟串口和Modbus通信协议将各分站传感器和上位机相联系。可实时采集、处理各传感器数据,并传送至上位机进行显示,在超限时予以报警。该系统能有效地分析通风机的各项性能,为故障诊断、设备调试提供了技术支持。LabVIEW software and Modbus communication protocol were applied to the system for monitoring the ventilator in collieries, the substation sensors and the host computer were linked by LabVIEW virtual serial port and Modbus communication protocol. The sensors data was real-time collected, processed and transferred to the host computer for display and alert while the limit was exceeded. The system can effectively analyze each performance of ventilator, which offers technical support for fault diagnosis and equipment debugging.
