摘  要:为了获得某挖掘机配用斗齿在现场的数字三维实体模型,研究了该斗齿的三维CAD实体建模方法。该斗齿是外形复杂、有楔形内腔和配合要求的铸件,针对其几何特点提出了三维实体建模的思路和方法,并简述了在Pro/E环境下实体建模的主要方法和步骤。为该斗齿的后续数字化设计与制造提供了可靠依据,提高了设计效率。In order to obtain the digital 3D solid model of a bucket tooth of a certain excavator in service on worksite, 3D solid modeling of the bucket tooth was studied. The tooth is a casting with complex shape, wedge+shaped inner cavity and fitting requirements, the ideas and methods of conducting 3D solid modeling were proposed according to its geometric characteristics. The major procedures of solid modeling with Pro/ E are also presented. The studies offer a reliable basis for further digitized design and manufacture of the bucket tooth, which will lead to high design efficiency.
