摘  要:针对斜井跑车系统中的吸能器初始挤压力过大或过小而引起的断绳和缓冲超限的问题,设计了挤压力能够随缓冲过程动态变化的新型吸能器。通过挤压力的动态变化,进而可以实现缓冲制动力"由零增加到预定值"动态变化,避免了牵引绳的刚性冲击,同时又由于预定值的限制保证了跑车能够在规定缓冲长度内达到预期制动效果,实现柔性缓冲拦截跑车的目标。通过分析计算可知,本吸能器能够达到缓冲拦截的效果,可以提高防跑车系统的整体安全性能。In view of the broken rope and buffer overrunning of the run-away device in inclined shaft, which is caused by too large or too small initial squeezing pressure of energy absorber, a novel energy absorber was designed, of which the value of squeezing force varied during the buffering process. As the squeezing force dynamic varying, the buffer braking force could vary from zero to preset value, thus, the rigid impact on traction ropes could be avoided and the expected braking effect of run-away device could achieved with the guarantee of preset value, so the interception of run-away device could be realized. The analysis and calculation show that this energy absorber can realize the buffering interception of run-away device and be helpful for the improve-ment of whole safety performance of catcher system.
