摘　　要：通过对提升机盘式制动器故障机理进行分析,设计了一种提升机盘式制动器在线监测系统。该系统通过传感器、数据采集电路、ATmega128单片机及液晶显示屏等实时监测和显示制动器闸瓦间隙、制动正压力和制动油压,并对超过设定值的监测参数进行报警和记入故障日志,实现对提升机盘式制动器的监测、诊断和保护。Analyzing the fault mechanism of disk brake of hoist, the paper designed an on-line system for monitoring the disk brake of hoist. This system can real-time monitor and display the clearance of brake shoe, the braking positive pressure and the braking oil pressure by sensors, data acquisition circuit, ATmega128 and LCD. Moreover, when the monitoring parameter is beyond the preset value, the system will issue acousto-optic alarm and write into the fault log so as to realize the monitoring, diagnosis and protection for the disk brake of hoist.
