摘  要:庙沟铁矿破碎设备老化,维修量大,生产能力与磨选工艺不相适应。通过工艺改造,引入新设备,不仅减少了设备台数,而且降低了破碎产品的粒度,-12mm含量提高到80%~85%,球磨机台时由平均43.5t提高到50t,创造了显著的经济效益。In Miaogou iron mine, the old crushing equipments brought about massive repairing, and the crushing capability failed to match grinding process. After the reconstruction of crushing process and introduction of new equipments, both the number of equipment and the fineness of crushed product decreased, content of particle-12mm increased to 80%~85%, the average throughput of grinder improved from 43.5t/ h to 50t/ h, thus great economic benefits were created.
