摘  要:目的探讨卵泡液中细胞因子白细胞介素2(IL-2)、IL-12、IL-18与体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局的关系。方法接受体外受精-胚胎移植助孕治疗的妇女117例,其中妊娠妇女59例,未妊娠妇女58例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测卵泡液中IL-2、IL-12、IL-18的浓度。结果妊娠组卵泡液中IL-2的浓度为(36.73±18.53)pg/ml、IL-12的浓度为(0.52±0.88)pg/ml、IL-18的浓度为(76.10±69.06)pg/ml;未妊娠组卵泡液中IL-2的浓度为(40.89±22.83)pg/ml、IL-12的浓度为(1.59±1.58)pg/ml、IL-18的浓度为(131.80±162.35)pg/ml。未妊娠组IL-12和IL-18浓度均明显高于妊娠组(P<0.05),未妊娠组IL-2浓度虽较妊娠组升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-12、IL-18在接受体外受精-胚胎移植助孕治疗的非妊娠妇女中明显升高,考虑与体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局负相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the concentration of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-12(IL-12)and interleukin-18(IL-18)in follicular fluid and the clinical pregnancy rate in in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET)treatment.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to analyze the concentration of IL-2,IL-12 and IL-18 in follicular fluid.The IVF treatment outcome was closely followed up.The relationship between the concentration and the outcome was discussed by statistical analysis.Results Patients without successful IVF-ET outcome had concentration of increased IL-2(40.89±22.83 pg/ml,P〈0.05),concentration of IL-12(1.59±1.58 pg/ml,P〈0.05)and IL-18(131.8±162.35 pg/ml,P〈0.05)compared with patients who achieved clinical pregnancy IL2(36.73±18.53 pg/ml),IL-12(0.52±0.88 pg/ml)and IL-18(76.10±69.06 pg/ml).Conclusion Women received IVF treatment with higher concentrations of IL-12 and IL-18 in mature follicular fluid are more difficult to get pregnancy.Altered concentrations of IL-12 and IL18 in follicular fluid could therefore influence fertility in IVF treatment outcome.
