摘 要:研究了高吸水性树脂(SAP)、轻集料的吸水、释水规律以及二者对混凝土内部相对湿度的影响规律,提出了以湿度补偿为原则的混凝土自收缩控制方法。针对低水胶比混凝土早期内部相对湿度下降的特点,向混凝土中引入合适的内养护材料,并合理分配各自的引入水量,明显提高了混凝土早龄期的内部相对湿度,缓解了混凝土的早期自干燥现象,减小了混凝土的自收缩以及由内养护材料强度低造成的混凝土抗压强度损失,其内养护效果优于单掺一种内养护材料的配比。Water absorption and release of super-absorbent polymer(SAP) and lightweight aggregate,as well as their effects on the internal relative humidity(IRH) of concrete,were studied in this paper.A kind of concrete autogenous shrinkage control method was given,based on the humidity compensation principle.According to the downward trend of early-age internal relative humidity of concrete with low water-binder ratio,proper internal curing materials were introduced to the concrete and the entrained water by each material was distributed rationally.The results indicated that the internal relative humidity decline of the concrete delayed obviously at an early age,and the early-age self-desiccation of concrete was remitted,as well as the autogenous shrinkage and the compressive strength loss owing to the low strength of the internal curing materials.Meanwhile,the effect of internal curing was better than that with single internal curing material.
