摘 要:研究了Zn2+对硫铝酸盐及普通硅酸盐水泥的水化和物理力学性能的影响,采用XRD和SEM分析2种含Zn2+水泥水化产物相组成、形貌,采用ICP-AES测定水化产物浸出液中Zn2+的浓度。结果表明:Zn2+可促进硫铝酸盐水泥的早期水化,阻碍普通硅酸盐水泥的水化;掺入Zn2+后,两者的强度都降低,但是降幅有所差别;Zn掺量为1%时,2种水泥水化产物中Zn的浸出浓度均低于国家浸出毒性标准,但是硫铝酸水泥对Zn2+的固化率约为普通硅酸盐水泥的4倍。Influence of zinc on the hydration characteristics and mechanical properties of the sulphoaluminate and ordinary portland cement was investigated.The phase composition,morphology of the hydration products of these two kinds of Zn-doped cement were analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) combined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The leaching concentration of Zn2+ in the hydration product was tested by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The results showed that: Zn2+ can promote the early hydration of sulphoaluminate cement but prevent the hydration of ordinary Portland cement;incorporated with Zn2+,the strength of both decreased,but in different extent;when the content of Zn was 1%,the leaching concentration of Zn in the two types of cement hydration products were lower than the national standard leaching toxicity,whereas the solidification effect of Zn2+ in sulphoaluminate cement is 4 times than that in Portland cement.
