摘 要:在某微波暗室面阵结构改造设计中,摒弃了原微波暗室面阵结构球冠与其支承结构统一设计成一体的设计方式,将面阵的主要力学支撑以及维修平台设计成普通建筑网架结构,主要功能构件球冠采用分片设计,用工装保证单片球冠分片的加工精度。在支撑和维修平台安装完毕后,将球冠分片固定于支撑主体上。新设计方法保证了五百多个天线安装点位置精度的同时,大大缩短了面阵设计、生产、安装及调节的周期,节省了成本,也为以后同类产品设计提供了一个很好的借鉴。In this paper,a new design is proposed to modify the conventional antenna array structure where the supporting frame is integrated with the antenna array in the microwave anechoic chamber.In the new design,the primary spherical cap structure is made by assembling the spherical fragment component on the primary supporting frame piece by piece after building the supporting frame and maintenance platform and ensuring the manufacturing accuracy of the spherical fragment by fixture.Moreover,the position accuracy of more than 500 antennas installation locations are ensured during assembling,and the cycles of design,manufacture,assemblage and adjustment of the antenna array structure are greatly reduced in the new design,providing a good reference for the future design of similar products.
