摘  要:目的通过血清Cbfa1和Osterix蛋白浓度的检测,分析氟接触人群中Cbfa1和Osterix蛋白表达水平的变化,探讨Cbfa1和Osterix在氟性骨损伤发生中的作用。方法按照尿氟和血清氟浓度的高低分为高氟负荷组(尿氟>4.0 mg/L且血清氟>0.20mg/L),低氟负荷组(2.0mg/L<尿氟≤4.0mg/L且0.17mg/L<血清氟≤0.20mg/L),对照组(尿氟≤2.0mg/L且血清氟≤0.17mg/L);根据氟性骨损伤程度,分为骨损伤Ⅱ组、骨损伤Ⅰ组、氟斑牙组、对照组;采用Elisa法测定血清中Cbfal和Osterix蛋白浓度。结果高氟负荷组血清Osterix蛋白浓度为(734.99±500.95)ng/ml,低氟负荷组Osterix蛋白浓度为(1161.17±366.73)ng/ml,与对照组(994.89±409.74)ng/ml比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高氟负荷组血清Cbfa1蛋白浓度为(697.65±484.95)ng/ml,与低氟负荷组比较(985.03±310.61)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);氟性骨损伤Ⅱ组Osterix蛋白浓度为(768.04±518.20)ng/ml,与对照组比较(996.11±437.50)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而氟性骨损伤Ⅰ组(788.74±494.55)和Ⅱ组(768.04±518.20)ng/ml与氟斑牙组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);氟性骨损伤Ⅱ组Cbfa1浓度为(712.71±489.04)ng/mL与氟斑牙组比较(1075.1±269.31)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在不同氟接触人群中,血清Cbfa1和Osterix蛋白表达量有差异,呈低负荷、轻损伤时增高,高负荷、重损伤时降低的趋势,提示,Cbfa1和Osterix蛋白表达量可能是氟性骨损伤的早期损伤指标。Objective To analyze the changes of cbfal and osterix protein levels in serum of fluoride exposed population,and to study their role in the process of fluoride induced bone damage. Methods Subjects were grouped according to the concentrations of urine fluoride and serum fluoride:the high fluoride load group(urine fluoride4.0 mg/L and serum fluoride0.20 mg/L),low fluoride load group (2.0 mg/Lurine fluoride≤4.0 mg/L and 0.17 mg/Lserum fluoride≤0.20 mg/L),and the control group (urine fluoride≤2.0 mg/L and serum fluoride≤0.17 mg/L).According to the scale of fluoride induced bone damage,subjects were grouped as gradeⅡgroup,gradeⅠgroup,dental fluorosis group and the control group.The concentrations of cbfal and osterix protein in serum were detected by enzyme linked immunesorbent assay method.Results The concentration of osterix in high fluoride load group was(734.99±500.95)ng/ml,and in low fluoride load group was(1161.17±366.73)ng/ml,compared with the control group(994.89±409.74)ng/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Cbfal concentration in the high fluoride load group was(697.65±484.95)ng/ml,compared with the low fluoride load group (985.03±310.61)ng/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The concentration of osterix in fluoride induced bone damage gradeⅡgroup was(768.04±518.20)ng/ml,compared with the control group (996.11±437.50)ng/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).However,the fluoride induced bone damage gradeⅡgroup and gradeⅠgroup compared with the dental fluorosis group,difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Cbfal concentration in gradeⅡgroup was(712.71±489.04) ng/ml, compared with the dental fluorosis group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions Among the different fluoride exposure groups,the concentrations of osterix and cbfa1 are different,showing the trend that in case of low fluoride load and slight damage,the co
