摘  要:研究低氧、低氧结合运动对肥胖大鼠身体成分的影响,并与常氧运动干预结果进行比较,检测这两种方式的减肥效果;结果表明:4周实验后,低氧结合运动能极显著且快速的减少体重、Lee指数、体脂和体脂百分比(P<0.01);低氧也能减少体重(P>0.05),显著的降低Lee指数、体脂和体脂百分比(P<0.05);低氧结合运动组大鼠的体重、Lee指数、体脂低于常氧运动组(P>0.05),低氧结合运动组大鼠的体脂百分比显著低于常氧运动组(P<0.05);综合来看,低氧、低氧结合运动都具有减肥降脂作用,与常氧运动干预结果比较,低氧结合运动的作用效果更好。In this article,we studied the effects of hypoxia and hypoxia with exercise on body composition in obese rats,which results compared with the effects of normoxia exercise.The results showed that hypoxia with exercise can reduce body weight,lee index number,body fat,body fat percentage very significantly(P0.01).Hypoxia also can reduce body weight(P0.05) and lee index number,body fat,body fat percentage(P0.05).Hypoxia and hypoxia with exercise also can resolve muscle but the all of the ratio of muscle weight/body weight of rats of all groups is no significance(P 0.05).Body weight,lee index number,body fat of rats of OHE group are lower than these of OEE group(P0.05),and body fat percentage of rats of OHE group is significantly lower than these of OEE group(P0.05).Hypoxia and hypoxia with exercise both can reduce fat,Compared with normoxia exercise,the effect of hypoxia with exercise is best.
