摘 要:介绍了高渗透油层屏蔽暂堵机理和低渗透油层酸化解堵机理及屏蔽暂堵剂和酸液解堵剂组成。测定了屏蔽暂堵剂暂堵和自解除性能,酸液解堵剂对岩心溶蚀率,对N80钢片腐蚀率及与原油形成的酸渣量。结果表明,暂堵剂具有良好的暂堵与自解除性能;酸液含量10%~15%时既满足溶解岩石能力,又保证岩石骨架;对N80钢片的缓蚀率达97.5%以上;与原油形成酸渣量少。现场暂堵酸化处理结果表明,渗透率差异及纵向动用程度得到改善,措施成功率达100%,实现了高渗层暂堵、低渗层酸化复合处理工艺的目的。This paper introduced the mechanism of screening plugging for high - permeation oil reservoirs and mechanism of acidizing plugging - removal for low - permeation oil reservoirs and the compositions for screening plugging agent and acidic plugging - removal agent were given. The performances of the above - mentioned substances were evaluated in plugging and self plugging removal for the former and in core dissolution rate, erosion rate of N80 steel, and amount of acid residue produced from reaction with crude oil for the latter. The result showed that the former had good behaviors in plugging and self plugging removal. The latter could meet the requirements for dissolving the rock and keeping the backbone when the content of acid was in the range of 10% - 15%. corrosion - inhibiting rate was over 97.5% for N80 steel. The residue produced from the reaction of acid with crude oil was little. The result of field application showed the difference of permeability and the degree of vertical use were improved. The measures were used in the oil wells very successfully and they really plugged in high -permeation formation and acidized in low- permeation formation.
