摘  要:针对曙光油田超稠油的特点,在原有解堵工艺基础上改进油层解堵剂体系。通过室内实验确定了超稠油油层解堵处理剂的最佳配方:酸液为5%HF+10%HCl,添加5%的粘土稳定剂以及三元表面活性剂、助排剂、乳化剂、互溶剂和渗透剂,并对其进行性能评价。结果表明,该配方体系能够较好地解除油井的无机物堵塞、有机物堵塞以及稳定粘土矿物。现场应用表明,与未实施同类井对比,注汽压力平均降低1.4 MPa,油汽比提高0.09,有效改善了油井的生产效果。According to the characteristics of super - heavy oil in Shuguang Oilfield, the block removing system was improved on the basis of the present block removing process. The optimum formulation of block remover for super-heavy oil formation through laboratory experiment was as follows:acid comprising 5% HF + 10% HC1,5% clay stabilizer, ternary surfactant, emulsifier, and so on. The block remover was evaluated. The result showed the block remover could remove inorganic and organic plug and stabilize the clay mineral. The field application showed that the above block remover effectively increase the oil production of oil wells compared with the similar oil wells without using block remover, with the steam -injection pressure decreased by 1.4 MPa, mass ratio of oil to steam increased by 0.09.
