摘  要:分析了金陵石化公司烷基苯厂加氢-分子筛脱蜡装置换热流程的不足,提出了优化的换热方案,对低温位热量进行回收,减少了空冷风机的使用。改造后单位轻蜡产品能耗降低了78 kg标准煤,同时SO_2和CO_2的排放分别减少184 t/a和23.7 kt/a。The defects existing in heat exchange process of Unibon ( kerosene hydrogenation) and Molex ( dewaxing by molecular sieve) Unit in Linear Alkylbenzene Plant of Jinling Petrochemical Co. were analyzed, and a new heat exchange process was put forward to recover energy of low temperature heat source and shut down the number of air cooled heat exchangers. After modification, the energy 78 kg coal equivalent per metric ton of normal paraffin product,meanwhile the carbon dioxide were decreased by 184 t per year and 23.7 t per year respectiv consumption was decreased by emissions of sulfur dioxide and ely.
