摘　　要：随着VoIP获得越来越多用户的青睐,许多有关的犯罪活动浮出水面。本文从VoIP基本结构入手,分析了当前VoIP的工作原理和存在的漏洞,进而提出了涉VoIP案件的调查取证方法,对涉VoIP案件的主机、运营商服务器、任意号修改软件等进行了实际分析,为公安实践中应对涉VoIP案件的调查取证工作提供参考。With the development of VoIP,the amount of VoIP related criminalities is increasing.In this paper,the working principle and the loophole of the basic VoIP system structure was analyzed.And further,methods of VoIP related investigation and evidence collection were given.Finally,the investigation procedure of hosts of VoIP involved,VoIP servers,software which modified the call ID were introduced,so as to provide theoretical guidance to deal with cases involved with VoIP.
