摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,信用卡的使用也越来越普及,但与此同时,各类信用卡犯罪的犯罪手段呈现出翻新加剧之势。目前信用卡犯罪主要利用失控时空、互联网、内外勾结、高科技、诈骗等手段进行作案,针对这些作案手段,执法部门应采取尽快掌握信用卡账户资金流向、加强秘密力量的建设、警银联合、建立快速反应机制、加强交流与合作等打击对策,以维护金融安全,有效遏制信用卡犯罪。With the rapid development of economic of China, the use of credit card becomes more and more widely, but at the same time, the ways of committing credit card crime appears new and serious situation. At present, committing credit card crime mainly uses space difference, internet, inside and outside collusion, high-tech, fraud and other ways to commit the crime. To these cases, law-executing department should rapidly master the fund flowing, of credit card, strengthen the construction of secret force, associate the police with the people, build rapid reaction mechanism, enhance communication and cooperation and other measures so that the financial safety can be safeguarded and committing credit card crime can be kept within limits.
