摘 要:我国1997年签署并于2001年加入的《经济、社会和文化权利国际公约》规定了公民的适足住宅权,适足住宅权包含使用权的法律保护、力所能及的价格、乐舍安居、适足的独处居室、适足的空间、适足的安全、适足的照明和通风、适足的基本基础设施及就业和基本设备的合适地点——一切费用合情合理等方面,但是我国现阶段对于适足住宅权的保障却存在很多不足,应对该权利在法律上的构建提出一些改进的建议。In 1997, China signed International Treaty of the Rights of Economy, Society and Culture and joined in it in 2001, and the treaty regulates the right to adequate housing of people, and the right to adequate housing includes the legal protection of use, the price in one's power, living in peace and contentment, adequate private rooms, adequate space, adequate light and ventilation, adequate infrastructure and employment, suitable place of basic equipment, and all costs are reasonable and etc. But at present, the protection on the right to adequate housing in China is still not enough and some suggestions on legal structure of the right should be developed.
