摘　　要：全国公安院校招录培养体制改革背景下的人才培养属于"订单式"人才培养模式,贵州警官职业学院作为试点院校,侦查学教学与实训要在原有普通教育的基础上,通过建立有效的教学与考核模式,树立创新教学思路,确立科学训练理念,真正适应招录制度改革的需要,培养出公安工作急需的应用型专门人才。The training model belongs to order-styled training model under the background of enrollment and training system reform of police colleges in China. As an experimental unit, on the basis of common education, the investigation teaching and practical training of Guizhou Police Officer Vocational College should be reformed by building effective teaching and testing model, establishing innovative teaching ways, setting up scientific training ideas to really adapt to the needs of enrollment system reform and educate the imperative special applied police.
