摘　　要：贵州省各级公安机关对民警计算机应用水平要求的提高,促进了在职民警计算机培训教学的改革。当前的计算机培训工作存在很多问题——应该提高计算机教师素质;提高实践教学比重,贴近公安实战;加强相关计算机实验室建设,营造良好的实践环境;优化课程设置,形成多元化的计算机教学模式。这样才能培养和造就具有创新精神和实战能力的公安新型人才,为我省的公安现代化事业的发展服务。With the increasing requirement on police’s computer application, the police’s computer training teaching should be reformed. At present, there are many problems in computer training work： improving the quality of computer teacher, adding the proportion of practical teaching and pressing close to practices, enhancing construction of relative computer lab and creating favorable practical environment; optimizing courses and forming multivariate computer teaching model. So the new police with the spirit of innovation and practical ability can be trained and educated to serve the development of police modernization of Guizhou Province.
