水稻体细胞再生植株后代酯酶、过氧化物酶同工酶的遗传变异

摘  要:本文研究了水稻体细胞再生系间的酯酶、过氧化物酶同工酶的酶谱变异。结果表明:供试的97份再生系中,酯酶同工酶酶谱的变异频率为8.2%;过氧化物酶酶谱的变异频率为10.3%。变异的类型,过氧化物酶也多於酯酶,前者为6种,后者为5种。在品种间再生系的变异比较中,各品种的变异频率亦不相同,其中,桂农12的变异频率最大,铁桂丰其次,科京179最小。变异的再生系间,酯酶中变异最大的是 K_6系,变异最小的是 G_(14)系。过氧化物酶中,变异最大的是 G_(10),最小的是 G_(30)这一结果为研究体细胞再生系间的遗传变异提供了酶学的证据。Young panicles from rice pollen haploid plants were used as initial explant,then somaelones were established and variations in zymogram pattern of esterase isozymes and peroxidase isozymes were analyzed in this experiment. The results showed that among 97 tested somaelones,8 somaclones showed varia- ti0ns in zymogram pattern of esterase isozymes,the variation frequency was 8.2%;10 somaelone sshowedivariations in zymogram pattern of peroxidase isozymes,the variation frequency was 10.3%.Based on the appearence of zymogram patterns,it was found that variation types of esterase isozymes were more than those of peroxidase isozymes, namely,6 types for the former and 5 types for the later somaelones established from di- fferent strains also showed differences in variation frequency.Those from Guinong showed the highest variation frequency and those from kejing showed the lowest vari- ation frequency.Variation degree was also different among various zymogram-varying somaelones.For esterase iozymes,somaclone K_e showed the highest variation degree, its product of band nnumber similarity ratio × Rf similarity ratio was 1.78 times as high as that of Check.Somaclone G_(14)showed the lowest degree,its product of band number similarity ratio × Rf similarity ratio was 0.99,close to that of Check.For peroxidase isozymes somaclone G_(10) showed the highest variation degree,its product of band number similarity ratio × Rf similarity ratio was 5.9 times as high as that of Check.Somaclone G_3 showed the lowest variation degree,its product of band numebr similarity ratio × Rf similarity ratio was 1,equal to that of Check.These experimental results will provide zymological presumption for further research on genetic variation of somaclones.
