摘  要:燃气轮机电厂所用的空气过滤纸的老化是威胁发电机组安全运行的重要因素之一。对3种进口商品过滤纸使用前、后的强度性能和pH值进行分析,确定了燃气轮机用空气过滤纸纤维的老化原因主要是酸作用所造成。为此建立实验室评价过滤纸耐酸性的方法,并对PET纤维对过滤纸耐酸性的影响进行研究。结果表明:添加20%PET纤维可有效提高过滤纸的耐酸老化性能。Aging of air filter paper is the one of the main factors that threaten the safe operation of gas turbine. In this paper, the strength properties and pH values of three kinds of imported air filter paper before and after using were analysised. As a result, it isconfirm ed that the aging of fibre caused by acid is the main reason of performance degradation. Then the method to evaluate the acid aging performance of filter paper in the laboratory is established, and the effect of PET fiber to acid aging performance is studied. The results show, 20% PET fiber can increase the acid-aging properties of filter paper effectively.
