摘 要:研究阳离子淀粉(CS)/阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)/膨润土三元微粒助留助滤体系对国产废箱纸板浆料的助留助滤作用及成纸性能。用SZP06和PCD03对浆料表面电荷和溶解电荷的测定表明,取代度为0.04的CS加入量为0.4%时能较好地吸附浆料体系中的阴离子垃圾。采用正交实验的方法对三元助留助滤系统中的三种助剂进行了优化,结果表明CS、CPAM和膨润土较合适的用量分别为0.6%、0.09%和0.25%;当CS在第7s加入、CPAM在第10s加入时,浆料的留着率达到90.6%。加入CS后的三元体系与CPAM/膨润土二元体系对成纸物理性能的比较表明,三元体系手抄纸抗张指数提高20.7%,撕裂指数提高16.7%,耐折度提高33.3%。The ternary retention and drainage aid system which comprises of cationic starch (CS), CPAM and bentonite was researched in the OCC pulp. The surface charge and dissolved charge of the OCC pulp were characterized by SZP06 and PCD03 respectively. The results showed that the anionic trash in the OCC pulp could be adsorbed by the high degree of substitution cationic starch with the dosage about 0.4%. The CS/CPAM/bentonite ternary retention and drainage aids system was optimized. The perfect dosages of CPAM, bentonite and CS are 0.09%, 0.25% and 0.6% respectively. The better point of chemicals joins of CS and CPAM were in 7th second and 10th second respectively. And the rate of retention could arrive at 90.6%. Compared with using CPAM/ bentonite retention and drainage aid system, the physical performance of paper which was made by CS/CPAM/bentonite ternary retention and drainage aid system was better. The paper tensile index, tear index and folding endurance were improved about 20.7%, 16.7% and 33.3% respectively.
