摘  要:利用PVA为分散剂,以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯为单体,通过无皂核壳乳液聚合技术制备了一种乳液表面施胶剂,研究了乳液在瓦楞纸施胶时乳液的用量及不同的环境湿度对成纸环压强度、挺度、施胶度的影响。结果表明:环境湿度越高,对瓦楞纸的各项物理性能影响越大,乳液的用量越多,施胶后的瓦楞纸的抗环境湿度的能力越大。The emulsion sizing agent was prepared by soap-free core-shell emulsion polymerization technology with styrene, butyl acrylate as monomers, using PVA as dispersing agent. The effect of emulsion dosages and different relative humidity on ring crush compression resistance, stiffness, cobb sizing value, was discussed. The results showed that the physical properties of corrugated board were much influenced by the high relative humidity and the much of emulsion content to the sized corrugated board determined the high resistant character of relative humidity.
