摘 要:目的:优选芒果止咳合剂的处方配比。方法:制备不同配比的芒果止咳合剂分为A、B、C组,以生理盐水为阴性对照组,采用小鼠镇咳试验法及小鼠耳廓肿胀法,以咳嗽潜伏期、每分钟咳嗽次数和耳廓肿胀度为考察指标考察各组镇咳抗炎的效果。结果:与阴性组相比,A、B、C组对小鼠咳嗽潜伏期有显著延长作用(P<0.05或0.01),对小鼠每分钟咳嗽次数有显著减少作用(P<0.01),对小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:3种配比芒果止咳合剂均有镇咳和抗炎作用,其中C组的镇咳作用最强,B组和C组的抗炎作用最强,故C组配比可作为芒果止咳合剂的最优配比。Objective: To optimize the best proportion of the mango anti-cough mixture ( MCM ). Method: By preparation of the different prescription of MCM, A, B and C group were signed. Normal saline was setted as a negative control group and the cough-relie- ving test of mice and mice ear edema modes was used. The latency of cough, the cough times per I minute and mice ear edema were set- ted as indexes. Result: Compared with negative control group, three proportions of MCM were significantly prolonged the latency of cough (P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ) , reduced the cough times per 1 minute ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and had inhibitory effect on mice ear edema (P 〈0. 05 or 0. 01 ). Conclusion: All the three proportions of MCM have antititussive and anti-inflammatory effects. The antititussive action of group C was the strongest in the three groups. The anti-inflammatory effect of group B and C were more stronger. So the optimal proportion of MCM was group C.
