摘  要:目的:对金黄色葡萄球菌防耐药突变浓度(MPC)测定中常见的影响因素进行分析,为规范MPC测定方法提供参考。方法:金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923为测试菌株,左氧氟沙星为测定药品,考察在3种MH琼脂、3种涂布方式及2种不同方法制得的浓缩菌液的试验条件下菌落培养状况及MPC测定结果。结果:仅1种MH琼脂可用于MPC测定,采用L型玻棒涂布更适宜于菌落的培养,2种方法制得的浓缩菌液MPC测定结果相同。结论:MPC测定方法的影响因素较多,有必要进行规范。Objective :To analysis the influence factors in the determination of mutant prevention concentration (MPC) of Staphy- lococcus aureus,which provide reference for determination of MPC. Method: In accordance with literature, the Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 was used for strain, Levofloxacin was used for drug, the condition of colony culture and the result of MPC were investigated, three MH gelatins, three spreading ways and the two concentrated bacteriums made from different methods were used. Result: Just one MH gelatin can be used for MPC determination, "L" glass stick was suitable to spread bacterium in cultivation, and the results of MPC determination were identical with the two concentrated bacteriums made from different methods. Conclusion: The influencing factors of MPC determination are much more, so it is necessary to institute a specification.
