摘 要:目的:通过了解西安地区医院高年资(主要指工作25年以上)药房一线药师的职业身心体验和需求,为医疗机构管理者制定人性化药学人力资源管理制度提供依据。方法:采用质性研究方法中的现象学研究方法,深入访谈11名高年资药房一线药师。结果:高年资一线药师主要有4个主题的身心体验:①职业身心变化;②工作压力和家庭压力;③转岗离岗的心理;④丰富的工作经验。结论:随着生理和心理的变化高年资一线药师有着丰富的工作经验,但存在不同程度的工作和家庭压力。提示医院管理者应注意临床一线药师的身心变化,减轻药师的压力,减少药师的工作强度,提高药学服务质量,关心药师身心健康。Objective : To understand the Xi' an regional hospital longevity ( more than 25years) first-hne pharmacies pharmacists professional mental and physical experience and demand for health care managers to develop personalized medicine provide the basis for human resource management systems. Method: The phenomenological research methods was used in-depth interviews was performed for 11 first-line pharmacists pharmacies longevity. Result: There were four front-line pharmacists themes of physical and mental experience:(1) Occupational physical and psychological changes;(2) Work stress and family pressures;(3) Reorientation undergo psychological ; (4) A wealth of work experience. Conclusion: With the physiological and psychological changes in longevity has extensive front-line pharmacists working experience, but there are different levels of work and family stress. Prompted hospital administrators should pay attention to the physical and psychological changes in the clinical front-line pharmacists to reduce the pressure on pharmacists to reduce the intensity of the work of pharmacists to improve pharmacy service quality, care for pharmacists and mental health.
