摘 要:以双组份发泡聚氨酯为代表的非水反应类高聚物材料,已成为一种综合性能优良的高聚物注浆材料,研究其弯曲性能十分必要。根据高聚物注浆材料的特点,研制了高聚物注浆材料成型模具,制作了不同密度的高聚物试件,采用三点受力加荷方式,对不同密度的试件进行了弯曲性能试验研究。试验结果表明,高聚物注浆材料的最大弯曲力随着密度的增大而增大,破坏时的最大形变随密度的增加而减小;在密度较小时,高聚物的破坏呈塑性屈服形态,而密度较大时,高聚物注浆材料的破坏则呈脆性断裂形态。研究成果为高聚物注浆材料的工程应用提供一定的参考,特别对堤坝防渗加固工程中超薄型高聚物防渗墙的设计提供重要依据。The two-component polyurethane foam as a representative nonaqueous reacted polymer grouting material,has become one kind of polymer grouting material with advanced comprehensive performance,and therefore it is necessary to research its bending properties.According to the characteristics of the polymer grouting material,the mold for forming polymer grouting material is developed,the specimens with different densities are produced,and the bending properties of the specimens are tested based on three-point loading method.The results indicate that the maximum bending force of polymer grouting material increases and the maximum deformation at failure decreases with increasing material density,and the destruction of the polymer with a smaller density is in a plastic yield state,but the destruction of the polymer with a larger density is in a brittle failure state.The achievements will provide a reference for the engineering applications of polymer grouting material,particularly for designing ultra-thin polymer cut-off walls applied in the dam anti-seepage reinforcement engineering.
