摘  要:针对当前高层建筑消防严峻形势及火灾威胁的现实问题,分析了高层建筑的火灾特点以及高层建筑产生火灾的原因,探讨了自防自救、严格执法、消防设计、日常消防管理、安全疏散、逃生训练与演习对于超高层建筑火灾防控的重要性和难点。结合高层建筑火灾成因,提出从加强消防监督管理,增强消防设施建设及建筑材料的选择,建立火灾防控安全体系,实战演练,建立火灾应急体系及大力发展火灾科学基础研究,加强国际间的交流与合作等方面着手,立足自助互救,以减少伤亡损失。In view of the current situation and high-rise building fire threat fire, analyses the realistic problems of high-rise building fire characteristics and high-rise buildings produced, and probes into the cause of the fire rescue, strict law enforcement, defense fire-control design, daily management, safety and fire evacuation exit training and drills for fire prevention and control the importance of ultra-high buildings and difficulties. Combining high-rise building fire causes from strengthening supervision and management, enhance the fire and fire control facilities construction and building materials selection, the fire prevention safety system, practical, the fire emergency system and developing scientific research foundation, strengthening fire international exchanges and cooperation between the aspects such as foothold, self-help, in order to reduce the loss of self-and mutual-rescue casualties.
