摘　　要：在分析退化草原面临的困境、当前采取的主要解困措施的基础上,提出大力发展草原生态畜牧业是促使退化草原解脱困境的有效途径;对草原生态畜牧业发展的模式和布局进行了探讨,提出了加快草原生态畜牧业发展的保障措施。Based on the analysis of the dilemma of degraded grassland and the adopted measures to solve the problem that devoting major efforts to develop grassland ecological animal husbandry is the effective way to settle the dilemma of degraded grassland was put forward.The developing pattern and distribution of the ecological animal husbandry was discussed;ensuring measures to fasten the development of grassland ecological animal husbandry were put forward.
