摘  要:通过太湖猪各品系外周血淋巴细胞的培养,对其染色体SCE的自然发生率、丝裂霉素C的诱变率和细胞分裂周期进行了研究。结果表明,太湖猪SCE的自然发生率为3.78次/细胞,系间差异极显著。经54小时的培养,有50.70%的细胞处在第二分裂期,细胞增殖率指数为1.93,系间差异不显著。当培养液中丝裂霉素C浓度达0.0016μg/ml时,即能显著提高SCE的频率,浓度与频率间存在着直线相关,相关系数为0.687。太湖猪对丝裂霉素C十分敏感。Spontaneous sister chromatid exchange(SCE) rate, mitomycin Cinduced SCE incidence and cell division cycle in Taihu pig were observed in this study during the culture of peripheral blood lymphocytes. It was found that the averege spontaneous SCE rate in Taihu pig was about 3.78/cell, and that there was a significant difference among 4 strains of Taihu pigs (P<0.01). After 54 hrs culture, 50.70 percent of Taihu pigs' lymphocytes were at the 2th division stage, their PRI was about 1.93 (no significant difference among all strains). When mitomyicn C added to the culture medium was 0.0016μg/ml, frequencies of SCE were remarkably increased. A lineal correlation (r =0.687) was found between the mitomycin C concentration and the mitomycin C-induced SCE incidence. The above results indicate that Taihu pigs is very sensitive in SCE to mitomycin C.
