摘　　要：总结20例注射毒品所致假性股动脉瘤(PFT)手术的风险因素,主要包括营养不良、全身抵抗力差等。提出应有的放矢地做出相应措施,如术前器械及物品的准备、麻醉的配合、预防低体温、预防压疮、预防感染、做好自我防护。认为以上护理措施对于提高手术成功率具有积极意义。The risk factors of the 20 surgeries for the femoral pseudoaneurysm caused by drug injection were analyzed, including the malnutrition and weak immunity. Some effective nursing measures were taken,such as equipment and material preparation ,Anesthesia collaboration, hypothermia prevention, ulcer prevention, infection prevention, and self-protection. It was considered that the above nursing measures could help improve the quality of the surgeries.
